We offer great value calls to destinations within the UK, across Europe
and indeed to the other side of the planet! We do not offer so-called
"unlimited" usage tariffs (that seem to always come with a
Fair Usage Policy - how can they claim to be unlimited if there is a
limit?!?). What we do offer is great value at any hour of the day, any
day of the week, any week of the year. Use the map below to view our European rates.
A full list covering all countries can be found in the tables further down this page.
All rates are shown as GBP pence per minute and are excluding vat.
Thus, for example, 0.50p
means zero point five pence and not 50 pence per minute
Calls are charged on a per second basis, with the final amount for
the call simply rounded up to the next penny (exc vat).
Please take a few moments to read the explanation
provided at the bottom of this page.
Please note: We do not route to UK premium rate numbers
(09xxx), to UK "Personal" numbers (070xx), to UK directory enquiry numbers
(118 xxx), or to Service Numbers (08xxx) with Service Charge
codes higher than SC014.
For calls to UK Service Numbers, excluding Freephone
numbers, our Access Charge is 5.0 pence
per minute exc vat. This will be charged in addition
to the applicable Service Charge.
Below each rate are the leading digits (prefixes) of telephone number
area codes covered by that rate. Thus,
for example, 077 in the UK Mobile section covers all numbers of the
form 077xx xxx xxx. Also, more detailed prefixes take precedence over
more generic ones. Thus, for example, the rate for [00]436 (Austrian
mobile numbers) takes precedence over the more generic Austria National
rate of [00]43.

Explanation
We suspect that the information provided above would benefit from
a little explanation, so here goes!
The full list of "destinations" provided by our partner
carriers runs to well over 50,000 entries, each potentially with its
own termination rate. What we have aimed to provide for our customers
is a much simplified set of rates which is (a) easy to understand
- in terms of what a call will cost to make, but (b) also ensures
that we do not actually lose money on the call!
Our softswitch is programmed to not connect calls where it knows
that we will lose money. Calls are "rated" (charged) according
to the most detailed match with a list of destination prefixes. Thus,
for example, a call made to 44 7711 123 456 (a sample mobile phone
number in the UK) might be matched against 447711 (rate for UK mobile
calls with area code 07711), 447 (default rate for UK mobile calls),
and 44 (default rate for UK calls). The first of these (447711) is
a more detailed match than the other two and so the rate stored for
that prefix would be the one applied to the call and thus charged
to you when you make the call. However, before the call is connected,
the softswitch will compare the rate you will be charged with the
rate it has been told that the call will cost. If it finds that the
cost is more than the revenue then it will not connect the call.
Needless to say, if you find that we have missed off a destination
that you need to make calls to, then you have only to let us know
and we will do our best to add it to the tariff list
